Publishing a template
Turn dashboards, automations, feeds and tables you built into a template listing, write its page with a live preview, ship new versions, see installs and views, and delete or restore a listing.

A listing is your template's page on the marketplace. You build it in Settings › Creator › Templates (widget packages under Widgets, apps under Apps). You need a creator profile first.
Create a listing#
Create a template listing
New listing
In Settings › Creator › Templates, choose New template and pick where it starts from: From my workspace, or an External template — a link-only template you sell elsewhere (Notion, Google Sheets, Excel or Airtable). For any other product choose Other… and type its name.
Choose the contents
On the Contents tab, pick dashboards, widgets, automations, feeds, tables and enrichments from your workspace. BankSync exports them as a portable template: your banks become "a bank" the installer chooses, and your destinations become a destination they connect. No account, feed or workspace id is kept. Values of your own, such as a category you made up or the text a rule matches, are left out unless you include them when you save as template.
Write the page
On the Listing tab: title, tagline (up to 140 characters), description, category, tags and a pricing note. The preview pane beside the editor is exactly what the public page will look like.
Add media
Images and up to three videos on the Media tab. See Media and videos.
Submit
On the Review tab. See Review and verification.
What you'll need on your public page is worked out from the contents — the banks, feeds, tables or destinations an installer must choose — and cannot be typed by hand, so it is always true.
If the export finds something that would only work in your workspace (a hard-coded account id, a link to one of your tables), it stops and names the resource. Remove or replace it and export again.
Versions#
Copy, category, tags and the pricing note save straight away and need no review. Changing the contents creates a new version (release). A new version is reviewed before it replaces the current one; people who installed an earlier version see Update available and choose when to take it.
Installs and views#
Each listing shows its live installs (how many workspaces have it installed now) and its views over the last 30 days. Neither says who installed or viewed.
Delete and restore#
Deleting a listing removes its public page at once. Workspaces that installed it keep everything it made. You can restore a deleted listing for 30 days; it comes back unlisted until you list it again. After 30 days it is gone for good.
Limits#
Templates for another product#
An Other… link must be an https address on a public website: not an IP address, a local name, an address with a port, a link shortener, a BankSync address, or the site of a product in the list (pick that product instead). Until staff approve the version holding it, nobody but you can open or install the link; once approved, the page shows the product's name and "Opens on site".
At most three of your listings can be in review at a time. A template holds up to 40 resources.
