Get help with your account
Support lives in the app, where we can see which workspace you mean. Open Settings → Support, say what is wrong, and add a screenshot if it helps. The conversation stays there, and every reply reaches your email too — answer from either.
You will be asked to sign in first if you are not already. Many answers are already in the help guides.
Start a conversation in Settings → Support, read the reply and send a follow-up in the same thread.
