What happens after I upgrade?

Can I connect a brokerage or investment account on any plan?
Yes. Investment and brokerage connections (via supported investment partners) are available on every paid plan, from Starter up. They count toward your bank connection limit just like checking, savings, and credit card accounts.
How long is the free trial?
All plans include a 14-day free trial. A card is collected at signup, but it is not charged during the trial.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.
Are payments secure?
We use Stripe for secure payment processing and never store your payment info.
What payment methods do you accept?

How do team members work?
Starter and Standard are solo (1 member). Professional includes up to 5, Business up to 10 (with extra seats available on both). Enterprise is unlimited.
What's the difference between Starter and Standard?
Starter ($5/mo) covers a single person with 1 bank connection, 30 docs/mo, and weekly syncs (no API or MCP access). Standard ($7/mo) lifts you to 5 banks, 100 docs/mo, daily syncs, and a 30 requests-per-minute API rate for developers.
When should I upgrade to Business?
Business is built for accountants, agencies, and high-volume AI-agent workloads: 20 client portals (with extra portals available as a $5/portal/mo add-on), 750 API req/min, 300 MCP req/min (10× Professional), and 10 team members. Pick it if any of those apply.
Which plans get API or MCP access for AI agents?
Starter has no API or MCP. Standard gets 30 API req/min + 15 MCP req/min. Professional gets 150 API req/min + 30 MCP req/min. Business gets 750 API req/min + 300 MCP req/min. Enterprise is custom. There is no read-vs-write split: every MCP tool is available on every MCP-enabled plan; the only limit is the per-minute rate.
What are add-ons?
Professional and Business users can add extra bank connections ($2.50/mo each), team members ($4/mo each), and document blocks ($5/100 docs/mo). Business users can also add extra client portals ($5/mo each). For higher API or MCP rate limits, upgrade to the next plan.
What does "Document Extracted" mean?
A document is "extracted" when we successfully process data from it. Failed extractions don't count toward your limit.
