Listing media and videos
Add screenshots, a captured view of a dashboard or table with sample data, and YouTube, Vimeo or Loom videos to a listing; caption, reorder and remove them; and how new media is reviewed.

The Media tab of a listing holds the carousel visitors see before they install: images and videos, each with an optional caption.
Rules#
- Up to 10 items, of which at most 3 videos.
- The first item is always an image — it is the card image and the social preview.
- Images: JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB. They are compressed in your browser before upload.
- Videos: a YouTube, Vimeo or Loom link. BankSync stores only which service and which video; links to other sites are refused. Videos play from the service's privacy-enhanced player, and nothing loads from it until a visitor presses play.
Add media#
- Upload an image from your computer.
- Capture a screenshot of a dashboard or table the template includes. Captures use sample data by default. Choosing Use my real data shows a warning and must be confirmed, and the reviewer is told the capture contains real data.
- Video: paste the link.
Caption, reorder and remove#
Type a caption under any item, and change the carousel order to put the strongest image first. Remove an item with its delete button; Undo puts it back while you are still on the page.
Review of media#
Media added before your listing is verified is reviewed with it. Media added to an already verified listing stays hidden until BankSync approves it; your listing stays public meanwhile, and you get an email with the outcome.
