The **Community** is where BankSync customers ask questions, share how they use BankSync and hear
from the BankSync team. Open it from your workspace at **Community**.

Community is in preview: it appears only in workspaces where it has been turned on.

## Who can read what you post

Each forum says who reads it, just under its name:

- **Everyone using BankSync can read this forum.** Any signed-in BankSync customer can read its
topics. Only your display name is shown next to your posts — never your email address or your
  workspace.
- **Only members of this workspace can read this forum.** Its topics stay inside your workspace.

Posts appear as soon as you send them; nothing is held for review. Leave out account numbers and
anything else private.

## Start a topic

1. Choose **New topic**.
2. Give it a title, pick a category if one fits, and write the details.
3. Choose **Post topic**.

You can start 3 topics a day and post 10 times an hour. If you reach a limit, the message says when
you can post again.

## Reply, vote and report

Open a topic to read it. Write in the box at the bottom and choose **Reply**. A reply marked
**Answer from the BankSync team** is the team's answer to the question.

Choose **Vote** if a topic matters to you too: topics with more votes rise under **Most votes**.

Choose **Report** if a topic breaks the rules. The BankSync team takes a look; the author is not
told who reported it.

A **locked** topic or a **closed** one cannot be replied to; the topic says which.

## Conversations and your inbox

Under **Conversations** you see the conversations you are part of and an **Inbox** of new replies
and mentions. Open one to read it and answer; opening it marks it read. **Mark all read** clears the
inbox.

Support cases have their own page under **Settings → Support**.
