The **marketplace** is where BankSync and other creators publish things you can add to your workspace. Open it at [banksync.io/marketplace](https://banksync.io/marketplace) or from **Marketplace** inside the app.

> **Beta:** 'The marketplace, creator profiles and installs are in beta and roll out per workspace. If you do not see Marketplace or Settings › Creator in the app, it is not on for your workspace yet.'

## What is listed

| Kind | What you get |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Templates** | Dashboards, widgets, automations, feeds, tables and enrichments, made in your workspace from your own banks and destinations when you install. |
| **Apps** | Third-party products that connect to your workspace through the BankSync connect link. Listed at `/integrations/<app>` as before. |
| **Widgets** | Custom widget packages you can add to any dashboard. |
| **Directory** | Accountants, bookkeepers and other firms who work with BankSync. You contact them through a form; see [Contacting a provider](/docs/marketplace/marketplace-directory-contact). |

Some templates are link-only: a Notion, Google Sheets, Excel or Airtable template the creator sells or shares on another site. You enter your email to receive the link; nothing is installed.

## Finding something

- **Search** from the hero at the top of the marketplace, or switch tabs: All, Templates, Apps, Widgets, Directory.
- **Filter** with the sidebar: category, the tools a template works with (Google Sheets, Excel, a SQL database, BankSync tables), price, and region for the directory.
- **Rails** on the home tab show featured listings and what works with the tools you use.

Each card shows the first image, the title and tagline, the creator, a verified tick when BankSync has reviewed it, what the template contains, a price chip and roughly how many workspaces use it.

## Reading a listing

A listing page (`/templates/<name>`, `/widgets/<name>`, `/directory/<name>`) has screenshots and videos, an overview, **What you get** (everything the install makes), a changelog, more from the same creator, and a **What you'll need** card: the banks, feeds, tables or destinations the install will ask you to choose. Nothing in a template carries anyone else's account or data.

Choose a creator's name to open their page at `/creators/<name>`, with their summary, website and every listing they have published.

## Verified and first-party

- **By BankSync** — BankSync's own templates (the starter dashboards, widgets and automations).
- **Verified** — BankSync staff reviewed the listing and its current version before it was listed. Only verified listings appear in search, rails and creator pages.
- **Unverified** — a creator can share a listing that is not yet reviewed by its private link. It never appears in search, and at most ten workspaces besides the creator's can install it.

Listing pages count views so creators can see their reach; the count holds no personal data.
