The **directory** at [banksync.io/directory](https://banksync.io/directory) lists financial professionals for people and businesses: bookkeepers, accountants, tax agents, advisors and other firms. Visitors filter it by service and region and contact you through a form.

## Offer your services

**Apply to the directory**

1. **Set up your creator profile** — Your directory entry uses your creator profile:
name, logo (avatar), cover, summary and website.
2. **Describe what you offer** — In Settings › Creator › Directory, choose your services, the regions and languages you work
in, and an optional rate note of up to 140 characters.
3. **Submit for review** — BankSync staff review the entry. Once approved it is listed in the directory.

If BankSync listed your firm before you signed up, ask us to attach that entry to your workspace rather than creating a second one.

## How firms are ordered

> **Opening in stages:** 'The directory is opening in stages, so it may not be available to your firm yet.'

Verified firms come first, then entries are ordered by region and services. How many clients you have never affects your place, and BankSync never publishes it: there are no rankings, tiers or badges based on activity.

When someone new joins BankSync through your firm, by accepting your invitation, answering your request or signing up to approve your request for access, BankSync records your firm as the one that brought them. Only you see this: your **Clients** page counts the new client workspaces that joined this way.

## Enquiries

When someone contacts you, you get an email with their name and message; **reply to it** and your answer goes straight to them. They never see your email address unless you reply.

Every enquiry is also listed in **Settings › Creator › Directory**. Mark each one **read**, **archive** it, or mark it as **spam**. Enquiries are kept for 24 months.

Only workspace admins and owners can read enquiries.
