The **directory** lists financial professionals: bookkeepers, accountants, tax agents, advisors and other firms, for people and businesses. You do not need a BankSync account to use it.

**Contact a provider**

1. **Find one** — Open banksync.io/directory and filter by
   the service you need and your region.
2. **Open their page** — Read what they offer, where they work and their rate note.
3. **Send a message** — Fill in the form with your name, email and message. A quick check confirms
   you are a person.

The provider receives your message by email and replies to you directly. **You never see their email address**, and they see yours only so they can answer.

## Your details

BankSync keeps your name, email and message so the provider can find your enquiry later, for up to 24 months. It is never shown publicly and is not used for anything else.

## If sending fails

To stop spam, each person can send a few messages an hour, and each provider receives a limited number a day. If you are told to try later, wait an hour. If the check that you are a person fails, reload the page and try again.
